Decades ago my husband hid a little glass heart to surprise me, and the simple gesture grew into a cherished 'love note' and now you can keep the language of love alive with one of our glass hearts to create an enduring, positive, sentimental, romantic, fun and charming expression of affection for a lover, family member or friend.
The original hearts were made by Peltier Glass Company, a now defunct U.S. manufacturer, of molded, durable smooth to the touch glass, then pad-printed by hand with words or symbols in gold or silver ink. Inventory is limited to hearts on hand.
Our hearts measure 1.5 x 1.5 x .5", weigh approximately 1.6 oz. and-

5 out of 5 starsMany years ago after I received a diagnosis that I was terminally ill, my son’s girlfriend gave me one of these purple heart. It gave me so much hope, I actually rubbed all of the ink off the glass heart. Most importantly, I am healing. Someone hid it away some place and I have been looking for quite some time your it’s replacement as I work towards restoration. This means more than you will ever know!!!!!

5 out of 5 starsMy daughter was having some health issues and I got her this to hold onto when she needed. She loves her hide a heart and this wellness heart was no different. Turned out to be nothing serious with her health, but she said the heart helped her never the less. It’s nice to be less fidgety and hold a gorgeous heart while waiting for news.

We have sent our hide a heart on trips, found it in lots of fun places around the house and had a marvelous time, so much, so our kids have shared in the fun. For our daughters wedding last year we got her one of her own and now with our sons next this is for he and his lovely bride to be. Best idea ever! No pen and paper needed. Came wrapped lovely and we’ll packed. Can’t go wrong with this treat.
